     Horace Kersey Debenham was born between 31 Mar 1829 and 29 Mar 1830 in Cheapside, London, England.1 He was the son of Robert Debenham and Harriet Kersey.1 The marriage of Horace Kersey Debenham and Eliza Smith was registered in the Mar 1868 quarter in the Edmonton registration district.2 Horace's death was registered in the Dec 1921 quarter in the Knighton registration district.3
